This painting was part of a year long series of five paintings as I consciously walked the medicine wheel of life and brought my focus to each of the elemental directions.
She represents my deep watery nature of emotions, direction of the west and my first medicine, water. Her message is; deep within each of us is a treasure chest of beauty and unique gifts which we are here to offer the world.
